Our IT team

Our IT Team aims at providing best-in-class support to all our Teadsters around the world, providing to everyone the technical means to help our company thrive and grow. 

From first level support to major Information Systems management and standardization, our team is a central piece, working closely with all departments of the company.

The team is a true part of our Engineering group and aims at growing thanks to the building of synergy and the learning of best practices that comes from the Software world (SRE principles for instance). 

 
What will you do?
 
As an IT Support Technician Intern, your missions will be to:
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for customers 
  • Document; track and monitor customer problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner through common customer request methods (Ticketing Systems, Slack, Email etc.)
  • Create processes and documentation that the team can follow for repeatable tasks 
  • Drive global information technology projects and project deliverables 
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure Teads compliance standards are followed
  • Support common IT services: Google Apps, Slack, Zoom, Office 365 etc.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams 
  • Be an advocate of knowledge sharing across It and employees 
 
What will you bring to the team?
  • We are an international team that delivers worldwide support – speaking English is mandatory
  • Someone interested in learning about how to deliver a world-class customer service experience 
  • Natural problem solver who enjoys identifying ways to make things better
  • Mac, Windows & Linux experience is a plus 
  • Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom or videoconferencing, confluence/jira is a bonus 
  • Basic knowledge of audio visual support (Business Events, Offsites, Live Streaming) is a plus 
  • Basic knowledge of corporate networking and security practices is a plus
