At Teads, equity isn’t an add-on – it’s how we build better teams and stronger products. Tech thrives on diverse perspectives, but women and underrepresented groups remain disproportionately absent from leadership, high-visibility projects, and emerging technologies like AI .

We’re closing that gap by making equity a business priority:

Women at Teads

Women currently represent nearly half of our workforce – but only 24% of our workforce in our tech team. We’re working to change that through:

  • Growth Bites & Learning Tools: Weekly insights, resources, and skills-building moments to help everyone grow in tech and leadership .
  • Community & Allies: Women@Teads brings together women and allies across regions. Male allies play an active role, sponsoring talent, amplifying women’s visibility, and shaping strategy alongside the Advisory Board.
  • Mentorship program: Creates opportunities for women in tech and beyond to learn from experienced colleagues, gain career guidance, and build confidence in navigating Teads’ fast-moving environment.

What We’re Building

  • Equity in Action: From code challenges to fintech workshops, we’re spotlighting women’s innovation inside and outside Teads .
  • Inclusive Leadership: Embedding allyship, sponsorship, and bias interruption into how our managers lead.
  • Global Connections: Sharing stories across regions so no voice is left out of the conversation.
